This is a 40 hr/wk, rotating shift position in our Pharmacy Department. 60% days, 40% evenings, and alternating weekends. Great shift differentials! We offer student loan repayment assistance!
Interprets physician medication orders. Acts as a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel. Compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceuticals. Is responsible for drug distribution, drug monitoring and supervision of pharmacy support personnel assisting with these functions.
Education: B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD.
Experience: None.
Profession Requirement: State of Tennessee Pharmacy license.
